**A. V. KOGANOV** (Moscow). * "TOPOLOGICAL
SENSE OF LINEAR RELATIVITY SPACE-TIME STRUCTURE".*
Apparatus of Inductor Spaces, which generalized the topology
conception for asymmetric relations of points nearness, allowed
to construct the special model of Space-Time (Conic Inductor
Spaces), where the linear algebra is a consequence of topology
structure, and Lorentz transformations are the full automorphism
group. That model gives also new view on the problem of time
irreversibility and on the nature of three-dimensional space. In
that topology, the world line changing the time direct is losing
the continuity. The three-dimensional space component is minimum
dimension, in which the collapse in the model of quantum

**B. M. VLADIMIRSKY** (Rostov-on-Don). * "PHYSIOLOGICAL
TIME IN BIORHYTHMIC RESEARCH".* A need for the
transition from the quantum-based analysis of bioelectrical
activity to an event-oriented one, based on integral
physiological and/or behavioral acts, is being elaborated. I.e.,
the use of physiological time in the solving of many
rhythmological problems is being grounded. For physiological time
an appropriate metric, relating it to some natural behavioral
elements (events), is introduced, thus leading to physiological
time measure units that may not have the same length in
conventional astronomical time units. It seems that some
regularities invisible within astronomical time-based
descriptions, can be detected if a time model is used, in which
physiological time stops when there are no changes in the
process' state. Formalizing the notion of physiological time
would let us move to a new level of the analysis and
understanding of the rhythmological features of summary
bioelectrical activity, which, in the long run, would enable the
control of physiological time scales in the whole hierarchy of
physiological systems and would lead to new approaches in the
solving of a series of applied problems connected to the control
and correction of functional state. The results of a
physiological time-based analysis of spatio-temporal EEG
structure are presented.

**B. DRAGOVICH** (Belgrad). * "REAL,
P-ADIC AND ADELIC TIME".* It is well known that
result of any measurement, including measurement of time, is
represented by rational numbers. Starting from the set of
rational numbers one can obtain real and p-adic numbers, which
can unify with the help of adeles. Since 1987, many physical
models have been constructed, whose space and time can be
described not only by real numbers but also with p-adic numbers
and adeles. One can expect that p-adic and adelic time play the
essential role at the Planck scale (t~10

^{-44}sec), and also can play a significant role in description of variation of some very complex natural systems. Study of p-adic and adelic time gives possibility to get some knowledge not only on the new forms of time realization, but also on better understanding of the concept of standard (real) time itself. Nowadays, it seems that time, as well as space and matter, are in fact adelic, but under some conditions may be described by real or p-adic numbers only. (B.Dragovich. TIME J. FRASER"*. I. N. GANSVIND.

**F. I. MAVRIKIDI** (Moscow). * "NON-ARCHIMEDEAN
WORLD: SPACE-TIME AND MOTIONS OF SYSTEMS".* The
existing essential difference between worlds of physical objects
and system ones is reflected by system universe. The analysis of
set theoretic nature of system world shows that the violation of
Archimedes axiom implies a range of crucial discrepancies of
mathematical nature of system from one of canonical physical
objects. Selected for mathematical description non-archimedean
(p-adic) mathematics allows to formulate elements of system
physics in natural way, to make justification of hypotheses and
heuristic claims, that are well-known in system science. The main
conclusion of work is - system objects exist in non-archimedean
space-time. It's description and basic properties are presented,
parallels with eastern philosophy are pointed.

**O. S. RASUMOVSKY** (Novosibirsk). * "IS
TIME DELUSION OR REALITY?"* Main matter of the
lecture is problems of time's essence and its human reflection.
It compares two extreme points of view: 1) time is perceptual and
cognitive phenomenon; 2) time is physical and real phenomenon. It
is possible that a substantion of time exists. This conclusion is
based on the translations of Godel, Hao Wang, Yourgrau and other
works and the latest works of Abian, Vejnik, Mamontov, Levich and
others. Author develops approaches of Godel, Mc Taggert,
Augustinus Sanctus and others. He suggests
"Noumenal-phenomenal conception of time". According to
it, the time doesn't exist as a physical phenomenon. There are
matter, spiritual (ideal) and motion ones only. Time is the name
(noumenon) for meaning of change generally. In this connection
well-known Mc Taggert's rows are developed into model of A ... E
rows. The last row is the development of logical time row
(noumenon). Verity of Augustinus position is proved: only the
(physical) present exists. Hearing this, the author based on
interval approach and notion "con-temporarity" of
system's existencia - in the boards of different hierarchias.

subject and object in the quantum mechanics. The ideal and
material realities at their unity. The development of idea, and
transition from the physics of being to the one of becoming.
Teiar de Sharden's theory of the non-stop evolution from the
simple to the complicate. Unlinearity and the irreversible time
in synergetics. The principle "Not a step back". The
time as an integrated flow of the events in their movement and
development. Accelerated and purposeful selfcreation of the
being, which is cogniting itself in the space-time. A
contradiction nature of mind as the radical cause of the future
uncertainty. The outside time nature of mind as the way to the
practical immortality of a person. Could the mind phenomenon slow
down a rate of the local time?

**V. V. GUTIN** (Perm'). * "THE
PHYSICAL FOUNDATION OF THE AUTOREFERENTAL CONCEPT OF TIME". *The
physical foundation of the formerly offered autoreferent concept
of time is reviewed. As it is known, foundation of the energy
conservation law is the property of homogeneity of time which one
allows to make operation, called shift of time. A starting point
of the foundation is the analysis of operation of temporal shifts
in the past and in the future (T-invariant shift of time). The
algebra of T-invariant temporal shifts is found. The approaches
determining concept of a temporal gauge field are formulated.

**S. V. SMELYAKOV** (Khar'kov). * "AURIC
SCALE OF EVOLUTIONAL TIME AND PERIODS" (PDF file, 362 Kb).* A
synchronism between the planetary revolution periods and average
periods of 11-year Solar activity cycles engenders a
discrete-continual model of Time; it might be presented as a
spiral of evolutional epochs (or periods) which are distributed,
on the global level as the terms of geometrical progression and,
on the local level as manifest themselves in compliance with a
conventional concept of harmonic time. Namely, the synchronism
between the 14 bifurcation points (over 13 millenniums) specified
by this model and global phenomena in the evolution of the Earth
and known civilizations indicates "acceleration" of
time in the sense of intensification of events; meanwhile,
coincidence of discrete values engendered by this model with the
periods of the basic periods in nature and society allows us to
consider it as the universal scale of periods. The provided
verification allows us to consider this Scale as presenting new
approach to philosophical understanding of Time and to
forecasting global trends in geophysical processes and society.
